ASDA Fall Elections
ASDA will be holding elections for the unfilled positions. The timeline of elections is listed below, and further information is also available in the ASDA Bylaws.
The remaining positions open to students are as follows (please note the positions reserved for first years):
All Classes
- ASDA Townhall meeting to answer any questions regarding elections, positions, or ASDA in general on Tuesday, Oct 9, from 6-7pm.
- Nominations will be accepted until 11:59pm on Wednesday, Oct 10 through this form.
- Voting will be done in class via paper ballots on Friday, Oct 12.
- Elections results announced on Saturday, Oct 13.
- First Full Board Meeting on Tuesday, Oct 16, from 5:30-6:30pm.

HSDM-Wide Mixer
Stressed out by school already? Need a good excuse to take a break?
Come to our school-wide mixer on Saturday, September 15 in the Trilogy 2nd Floor Common Room at 170 Brookline Ave. (Time is TBD.) There will be appetizers and alcoholic beverages for all four classes to enjoy!

MDS Phantom Gourmet Ticket Deadline
Are you interested in networking with other new dentists from the area and meeting dental students…while sampling cuisine from 100 different restaurants and vendors in Massachusetts?
You’re invited to the second annual MDS Meet and Eat at the Phantom Gourmet Food Festival on Lansdowne Street on Sunday, September 30 from 12:00 to 4:00 pm. The Massachusetts Dental Society, in collaboration with the Council on Membership, is offering discounted tickets for only $30! Plan to try everything from breakfast to dessert and anything in between! Also, stop by the MDS meeting area on the top floor of Jillian’s Boston between 3:00 and 4:00 p.m. for a complimentary bowling party with other new dentists and dental students.
Your $30 ticket will get you all the food you can eat, and a chance to make new friends and mentors in your profession. This event is 21+ so please bring a valid ID. You can pick up your ticket at Will Call onsite at the Festival. Register by Friday, August 31 to receive the special discounted price.
